The three long dumpsters, one short dumpster, and abandoned Mack truck full of scrap metal in the main shipping yard were our first clue as to the historical use of this property
Our second clue was the huge amount of shingles, rubber, and tires that rested just inside the main shipping docks.
Although we don't know exactly what this property was used for, our experience in abandoned properties in the Louisville, Kentucky area tells us that the last thing it was used for was a recycling goods warehouse/distribution.
