Naptown Dragons fall to Indiana Cutters in Season Opener

The Naptown Dragons fell to the Indiana Cutters by the score of 12-6 in the 2019 season opener.

A good performance by the Dragons defense kept them in the game, but with just over five minutes to play, the Cutters would score the third and final touchdown of the evening.

The Dragons rushing game was good to the outside, but could not find a solid blocker to go behind between the tackles.

The Dragons passing game was off. Neither quarterback was performing to their potential. It didn't help that the offensive line was not blocking very well and forcing the quarterback to go outside the pocket multiple times.

If it hadn't been for #13 Roberts pulling in a 40-yard catch before the half, the passing game of the Dragons would have been nonexistent in the first half.

What looked like an amazing game on paper, ended with a 12-6 Dragons loss to the Cutters.
