The University of Louisville Men's Lacrosse team took down Miami (Ohio) this past Sunday.
After getting out to a comfortable 6-2 lead vs Miami (Ohio)...
...the Cards failed to score a single goal in the entire 3rd quarter of play. For over 18:00 of play, the Cards could not put the ball in the net and allowed Miami (Ohio) to tie the game 6-6 headed into the 4th quarter.
But, in the 4th quarter, the Cards would regain their focus very quickly. The Cards would score 3 goals in the first three minutes of the 4th quarter, increasing their lead to 9-6.
Later in the 4th, the Cards would score two goals within three minutes, increasing their lead to 12-7, in route to a 12-8 win over visiting Miami (Ohio) and placing their record at 2-0.
