St. Matthews Medic Dispatched

We had a seat in front of the St. Matthews Fire & Rescue Station number one on Sunday afternoon in hopes of seeing a medical dispatch.

Within five minutes of our arrival, we were not greeted with the sound of one of the loudest sirens in the City of Louisville, but rather the sound of CSX Train #5496 passing just feet from us.

Forty-seven minutes later, Medic 2862 was dispatched from door #4, and this is what it looked like:
