Back when the vacuum and towels only cost $.50, the manual car wash only cost $1.00, and the carpet shampooer was only $1.50, sat a little car wash at the corner of Jefferson & 20th in Louisville, Kentucky.
Today, it sits abandoned. All the towels removed, the vacuum motors taken, and all the copper pipes and wiring removed.
It's definitely time for a different kind of change at 20th & Jeff.
